"My husband and I came down to Little Rock to celebrate Thanksgiving with our daughter and boyfriend. The house was perfect for what we needed. My husband commented on the exceptional cleanliness of the house. It is tastefully decorated creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. We appreciated the roomy kitchen and dining room, for making meals and gathering together. I'd stayed there on a previous trip to LR so was very glad to see it was available. I would highly recommend it."

My son really appreciated the Roku TV. Our host was very responsive & helpful. We would definitely return & stay here again in the future. "The property was decorated nicely. The beds were very comfortable. All three of us had to shower the next morning and the on-demand hot water heater never ran out of hot water. The fenced backyard was nicely landscaped with a shaded porch to enjoy the morning or afternoon. "

"House was really pretty. Unfortunately the tenant was home and after calling the landlord, we determined the whole rental was a scam. Neither Vrbo nor I could contact the "host." I had to book a hotel room for $300/night at the very last second... 4 hours after I shouldn't checked-in, but Vrbo insisted that I give it a little more time."

"This is an older home that the owner fixed up to be a vacation rental. Cute house in a cute neighborhood. Wifi and AC worked great. Nice fenced in back yard with a new picnic table. We had issues initially getting in touch with the owner which was stressful but she may be new to VRBO so that may improve over time. There was a sanitation issue but it was something that can be easily remedied so we won't share that here as it may not have been the owner's fault. I would recommend staying here....
