Oceanfront,pool and hot tub directly on the oceanfront,you can walk right out to the beach. Gas grill and a charcoal grill for grilling and a picnic table... Decorated with coastal decor throughout. There is a nearby fishing pier as well. Oceanfront seating built in and also chair seating for you. Chairs and loungers available by the pool.

All flat screen TV's and a laundry room with a washer/dryer for your use.

This home is pet friendly with a nonrefundable pet deposit of $250 per pet. The yard is enclosed except for the direct oceanfront access and fencing.

One king,four queens and two twins beds and three full baths inthe main house on the oceanfront. In the seperate cottage on a single level, there are two twins in each bedroom and one full bath.

There is a spacious living area that sits 10 at the dining table and two sleeper sofas. Oceanfront enclosed porch has a foos ball table and a table for cards,
The kitchen has stainless appliances and granite countertops
Hardwood floors are throughout.

LINENS (bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats and kitchen towels) ARE NOT INCLUDED. LINEN PACKAGES ARE OFFERED AND CAN BE ORDERED WHEN YOU SIGN YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. LINENS MUST BE REQUESTED 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE AND PAID FOR AS WELL.

HOT TUB IS ALWAYS HEATED.
No smoking.
Eight parking spaces onsite with parking underneath the oceanfront house and also in the driveway.
