"The hotel itself is quite nice, but the neighborhood can feel unsafe at times due to a high population of unhoused folks, many of whom seem to be experiencing psychotic breaks. The hotel is also keyless which can be annoying to continually be punching numbers into the door and taking out your phone and opening the app to get inside the hotel. Consequently, not a lot of service from the staff either."
