"This place was a comfy basement suite with a separate entrance. I stayed here with just my cat and me; however, there are three beds. If something is wrong, the host is easy to approach and will solve the problem quickly. The area is quaint, near many grocery stores and good places to eat. It's also close to the highway, so it's easy to get there or head somewhere else. The basement is cool during the hot summer days. They have kids, and sometimes they make noise; I don't think it's a big deal....

This is a cozy little house on the outskirts of town where myself and three colleagues/friends held a weekend writing retreat. Having four bedrooms was great as it ensured everyone had a room. "Beautiful, clean, comfortable house! So much more enjoyable then a hotel. We loved having the arcade and board games to keep our kids busy while we were getting ready in the mornings. We will definitely stay here again!"
