"We really enjoyed our stay at The Priory Hotel. The building is charming and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was very good. The room was a little dated, but it was large and had everything we needed. The bathroom is very small, as is to be expected in an old hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean. "The hotel is nice and in a very convenient location to walk to several places. I had a 4:00 check in but was told to come back in an hour. It happens, but no apology and I had to ask for a parking pass. Then, our keys didn’t work…went back downstairs to be told we were given the wrong room number. Again, it happens, but giggles instead of “sorry for the inconvenience of lugging your stuff to the wrong floor.” Nothing that would keep me from staying again, but staff needs some customer service...
