"Designed for families! We had a wonderful time! The staff were awesome, super fun and interactive with the guests of all ages! Plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy, the set up is great! A schedule of what is on and what can be booked is sent to your phone as soon as you check in. Several well priced options and you don’t even need to leave the hotel, however if you do the tram is nearby so transport is easy. We stayed in a deluxe room which is one of the newer rooms and no complaints....

"Staff are enormously friendly but the menu choices are limited and often run out. I think only one or two dishes come without chips. Could use a couple more options. Outlook is beautiful beach is clean and accessible to most. "

"Should have checked the recent reviews. This section of the island is in strife with Electricity and Gas being switched off and the locals of the Cove living off generators or just leaving the island. It’s a sad situation for them. Most of the features listed in the booking ad were not in use. - No Cafe - No Watersports - No Fitness Centre - No Park - No Bowls - Only 1 place to eat with very limited choice - worse of all, the pool was not in use. We were told that the pool was out of order...

"Excellent laid back holiday enjoyed in the hot tub and by the fire pit. Beds and pillows were comfy and location meant we could walk to the supermarket, ferry and swimming spot with ease To top it all off, the host was excellent with communication and going over and above to make sure that we had a memorable and enjoyable holiday Thanks!"
