Unique and luxurious hideaway with private hot tub

The Coop is a unique one bedroom property that has it's own private wood-fired hot tub. It is the perfect hideaway, with lots of character, ideal for a short break or longer holiday. A great base to explore the Norfolk Broads (National Park) and the North Norfolk Coast (AONB) by car, foot or by bike. The Weavers Way footpath is right on the doorstep for walking and cycling. Only 20 minutes from the City of Norwich and walking distance to the beautiful village of Worstead with it's pub.
The space
This is a cosy property that is situated in it's own large enclosed garden with an additional large paddock next door that is ideal for exercising your dog. The Coop is luxuriously appointed with all modern conveniences including an oven, hob, dish-washer and microwave. There is Wifi included. The bedroom area has a king sized bed and there is a pull out double sofa bed in the main living area providing an additional sleeping area, ideal for up to 2 children. We provide wood for the hot tub however, please note this will not be pre-heated prior to your arrival.

Wi-Fi is provided in your accommodation however, please note that due to the rural setting, Wi-Fi speeds may be slower than you are used to.
Other things to note
No smoking is allowed in the cottage or anywhere on the site. This includes the use of e-cigarettes.

We always aim to ensure that our cottages are sparkling-clean. For the safety of our guests we have an enhanced cleaning routine which includes the disinfection of all frequently touched surfaces (light switches, door and cabinet handles, remotes etc) before you check in.

The hot tub for this accommodation is wood-fired. We are happy to supply all wood, kindling and fire lighters free of charge. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated when you arrive and will take 2-3 hours of continuous burning to get the water up to temperature. Wood is the only fuel type to be used for this hot tub.

You are welcome to bring your dog with you; please ensure this is included on your booking. We accept 1 well behaved dog in The Coop (up to 2 with prior agreement - please contact us before making a booking).
