"The location was great -- can walk to the ski resort, though down a lot of stairs, so it wouldn't be ideal if you're having to carry all of your ski gear -- so we made use of storage at the resort. It's a large property -- so many bedrooms! Lots of space to spread out. The property manager was very responsive by cell/text. There were a few things that were not great. 1) The listing said "garage" but this particular unit (G4) doesn't have a garage. 2) The temperature was hard to control. It...

"What a wonderful winter getaway for our family in TSV! We love everything about staying in the Red House…. The wood burning stove, the well equipped kitchen, the views!!! It’s an easy walk down the road to the lifts and so convenient for mid day breaks from the slopes. We already can’t wait until our next stay! "

"Cabin worked out great. Normally wouldn’t rent in town because of the noise. ATVs have overtaken the town. The cabin was very clean and suited all of our families needs. If you need a place in town I would recommend this cabin. Only issue I have is with cleaning up after your pet policy. Please don’t misunderstand, we always pick after our dogs. But when every dog in the neighborhood can walk through your yard to take care business. Doesn’t seem like a fair policy"

It was quite warm during the day and the bedroom without a window stayed hot at night. The upstairs bedrooms all had skylights - which are beautiful - but not nice when the room is bright from the skylight right above the bed at 6am. "This house was a wonderful place to stay with lots of rooms and beds. Great location and close to ski resort. Easy to ski in the morning and leave for lunch and then head back for the afternoon to finish the day on the slopes. We loved this house and all the deer on the golf coarse!"

"Pictures do not do this cozy cabin justice. Great living and dining area. Well stocked kitchen with ample pots, pans plates, etc. The bedrooms were comfy and lay out great. Main level deck was well appointed with fun views of wildlife. Surprise upstairs deck too! Had a quick question and owner, Mr. Elliot, got back with us immediately. Would love to check this out with snow! We had a blast!"
