"The property is dated and it appears the upkeep has been unprofessional. Having said that the breakfast was very standard and the managers were friendly and helpful. It is a short walk to the Ark Experience which saved money on parking. The price was fair making this a value stay. If one is not picky I’d recommend it. We were happy with our stay."

"So this particular hotel is one of the cheapest rates and more reasonable stay for long term renters. They actually have pretty decent weekly rates. The breakfast wasn't anything fancy but it was the thought that counts that someone does get up at 5am and brew fresh coffee , fresh fruit and milk and juice . Nice sweet simple breakfast. I love that they have a in site laundry room. I like the privacy too. It's quiet and peaceful and the maids do not bother you when your checking out even if...
