"This is a cozy cottage and very comfortable. I wish I would have known the second bedroom only had exterior access. Who is doing the cleaning could pay attention to a little more detail. The refrigerator wasn’t super clean and there were items on the floor next to the sink in the upstairs bathroom. Beautiful view outside and very quiet to sit out and enjoy coffee. "

"Great location, easy to walk to the resort. Very cute and clean. My only negative comment would be that the furniture is very uncomfortable, especially the primary bedroom. The mattress and bed frame seem very old, and the old foam mattress topper just makes it worse. I couldn’t sleep on the bed, I had to sleep in the bunk bed upstairs which was also not that comfortable. The couch is also very uncomfortable. It all just seems like cheap furniture. Nestled into the woods beside the Betsie River, this place is a 10/10! The owner is very quick communicating and was great to work with as well! We will be back this summer to do some kayaking!"

"We had another wonderful stay at the cabin. This is our third year in a row coming to the same cabin. The management was very helpful when we realized the hot tub was not heating. The breaker was actually off so it was an easy fix. Everything was very clean, as usual. We even had a late checkout on the last day so we could soak up every last minute of vacation. We can't wait to go back again next year!"

"we loved our stay in this condo. the first floor meant easy access to everything outside. there were some issues with the internet that were taken care of immediately.everything we needed was there (i would suggest adding a baking sheet to the kitchen items). the whole place was very clean and i am very picky about that when my grandkids are staying,too!we enjoyed take out meals from "the caboose" around the bend.as it happened, our flights home were canceled and we needed to stay another night....
