"We all enjoyed our stay. The location is great, lots to do! Loved the easy access to the mall and movies without even having to go out into the cold. The only complaints i would have is that there was no towels at the pool as we forgot to pack some, and when we asked at the desk they were completely out! It was not nice running up to the 4th floor freezing with no towels. Also when entering our room it smelt like sweat or something; just an awful smell and whem we left we all had the smell on...

"The hotel was clean and good staff Area around hotel had lots of homeless people hanging around. Some looking into cars. One woman looked like she was overdosed. "
