"Kitchen has everything you would need if you like to cook...and we do! House is spacious-House is secure with fence -gate-lights and fence and hill surrounding it. There are huge metal shutters on each door and window that must be locked and shut whenever u depart. Takes some getting used to. The house has marble floor throughout. The floor is freezing and I highly recommend a large nice area rug at least in main living room so u don't have freezing cold feet. We stayed a month- The yard is nice...

"This property is magnificent, let me say that. If you rent a vehicle, which I recommend, you have easy access to Rome and easy access to the roads out of town. Consider everything 30+ minutes away. The kitchen is beautiful, everything here is beautiful. Now for the tough part. If it is warm in Rome, it is 5-10° warmer in the sleeping quarters of this house.
