"The location is extremely convenient for a stay in Hanoi. The entire staff are the brightest spots of this hotel, they are always smiling and willing to help us whenever they see us. Breakfast was delicious and the room was cleaned every day. Worth the money!"

"Awful experience at this hotel. There is extremely loud construction going on next door (to the point of the walls shaking). And this is until 1am, the manager told us after we complained late at night. The facilities are run down and honestly not worth the money. "

"We had the terrace room. Terrace and room were a good size. Clean bed/bedding and toilet. Easy walking distance to shops, street food and locations for cooking class/tours etc. Breakfast was small, only 4-5 bainmaries, a 2 bread toaster (the one you’d have at home) and a selection of juice, sweets, dairy, fruit and eggs cooked your way. "
