"Location inside the Old Quarter section of Hanoi, Vietnam. Convenient walking distance to many restaurants and tourist sites. Beautiful view from the 12th floor rooftop. I'd consider this a Boutique Hotel meaning it has more charm than modern conveniences. Food and breakfast in their 11th floor restaurant was excellent. The staff was over the top in their warmth and assistance. Special shout outs to: Audbrey, Son, and Mingh!"

"Great hotel with fantastic service. We had breakfast in the top floor restaurant which has great views of the city and extensive menu options. There is also a lovely roof top bar. It’s really convenient for walking to restaurants, cafes, shops and sites. Close to the old quarter, lake, water puppet theatre (which was brilliant). A great base. "

"Facilities were really nice, the room was large and big while the beds were relatively comfortable, while only staying for one night I enjoyed the room. flat tv, the ac was fine, most facilities were in good condition."

"Check in was amazing! We arrived at 1:30 AM and the staff could not have been more friendly. Our “butler” greeted us with champagne. The hotel is beautiful, clean and our room was spacious with every amenity you can think of! "

"Staff are incredibly attentive and thoughtful, they remember our names and even room numbers! Breakfast was pretty good with a nice selection on their cooked to order menu. The location is fantastic. The restaurant and spa are lovely too. I was concerned I wouldn’t like the food at MIAs restaurants because they cater to a western clientele but the food was delicious. My only feedback is the rooms have a bit of light that we can’t turn off and bothered us slightly"

"The service at this hotel is exceptional, from check in to check out. The breakfast was also wonderful and the hotel is very cute. The bed was also comfortable and the hotel is well situated. They also arranged a car to the airport. High marks all around!"
