"We loved our stay at the cabin! The Hucks hospitality made our stay exceptionally enjoyable! They gave excellent restaurant recommendations and we visited the lake bog they also recommend. We also enjoyed walking through the trails on the property. We were disappointed that oddly we seen no wildlife on the property not even a squirrel or rabbit. We loved our stay and appreciate how the Hucks made our stay so very much enjoyable. "

"we stayed here for 4 nights to bird hunt great location! it worked out great for us plenty of room the hosts stopped by when we got there1 never saw them again but i know if we needed something they would have taking care of it just a great few days"

"From the moment you arrive you know what a special place it is. The pictures do not do it justice...it is one of those situations where the place is actually prettier than the pictures. You will not be disappointed. The hosts are excellent,super friendly and very easy to communicate with. The house is cozy, warm and well equipped, and the location is just amazing. We will definitely go back!"

"My Family had a small reunion at Portage Lake. The cabin ended up being the perfect meeting spot. We had dinner there every night. The grill and burners outside were perfect for a clambake and grilling. We sat by the fire pit, with the children fishing, riding bikes and making smores. "This property we were really impressed with, very clean and very convenient on everything that it came with. Also heard many places didn’t have AC in places that other family members were staying at. This property had all that and more. Comfortable beds & the layout was perfect.
