"The staff were friendly and advised me of the best time to leave for my 5am flight. The room temp was perfect- I never had to touch the thermostat! The bed was the most comfortable bed! I was in Floor 6, but the shower reached temp in seconds! I had dinner in my room having ordered from the restaurant downstairs. Great burger and fries! I will definitely stay here again."

"Booked for the free breakfast, they had no breakfast. Got put in the wrong room and had to wait to be put in the right room. "

"This is a beautiful property, right on the lake. Both sunrise and sunset were gorgeous! It was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were responsive both before and during the stay. The level 2 EV charger was a nice bonus. "

"Our trip to Rochester was sad - my mom passed away and we were there for the funeral and burial. It snowed and was very windy upon our arrival. The lockbox worked and we gained access to the house. My brother stayed with us and we were comfortable. Our family enjoyed the large sunroom and family room after the burial. It was very quiet. Cheryl responded to all my questions and was helpful."
