Owner cancelled morning of without explanation.
My husband and I were looking forward to staying at this location for the celebration of life for a family member we recently lost. The last thing we needed was to have to find a new place to stay. I had messaged the owner 3 times through the VRBO App, with no response, but we were definitely confirmed. When I finally called VRBO to say I hadn't heard from the owner about checking in details, they called him, and he responded that he would contact me through the App. That response was merely a cancellation of our reservation. No message details, no apology. Beware, if you are counting on having a place to stay!

Look for somewhere else to stay. Host not trustworthy.
I booked my stay over a month in advance. 4 hours before check in I reached out to the host because I didn’t receive check in instructions. An hour later I received a response and refund statement saying “property damaged sorry”. No other responses. Owner left us high and dry without a place to stay. Stay somewhere else.

Studio was clean bright and conveniently located in Norwalk. The host was a super host. He was helpful and accomodating. I would definitely stay with this host again.

Stupendous Studio
My husband and and I really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was clean, comfortable and our host was so quick to answer our questions! We hope to stay here again when we visit our family!

Stay was fine until my car was vandalized
Everything was good Room clean I do think a comfortable couch would be beneficial for people who stay there and maybe a dresser room plenty big enough. I was pissed that someone had the nerve to scrap a bumper sticker off of my back window if my car!!!
