Located in beautiful and serene Playa Pelada, and an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, Casa Sea-Esta offers two one-bedroom Casitas hin a tucked-away tropical garden with a pool. Enjoy the sounds of howler monkeys, tropical birds, rustling bamboo, and surf as you lounge in your covered outdoor patio area or while you enjoy a dip in the pool. Watch the sunset from Pelada Beach or nearby Guiones Beach or stay in and watch the sky change colors from the comfort of your outdoor area.
The space
Casa Sea-Esta Casita 1 and 2 were built in 2023 and offers comfort, efficiency, and up-to-date amenities. The units may be rented individually or together.
This is Sea Esta Casita #1. Each Casita is a one-bedroom apartment with a queen size bed and a pull-out slate bed in the living area which opens up to a second queen size bed. These Casitas have an expansive feel, with high ceilings and large sliding doors. The bedrooms open up to a lush garden that provides ample privacy. Casa Sea-Esta Casitas include a full and well-equipped kitchen including an oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Fans and air conditioners are also located in each room. The covered outdoor patio facing the pool and with a view to the surrounding jungle, offers a dining table and couch area for relaxation. Security glass sliding doors have
black-out blinds in each room.
Casa Sea-Esta Casitas are tobacco-free (including all units, the pool, and the parking lot).
Gated code entry and private gated parking.
Laptop-size safes are provided in the apartments.
Convenient key lock boxes are provided for each unit.
Each unit is equipped with a combo smoke and carbon monoxide detector.
The pool and outdoor shower are shared among the 2 units.
Each unit has its own entry, lounging area and grill.
The pool does not have a shallow end for small children and is not fenced.
WiFi is provided. (Like other utilities in Nosara, outages occasionally occur).
Guests are asked not to host events or parties.
Each unit has its own independent washer and dryer.
Not suitable for kids.

Security
Nosara is absolutely a wonderful community and we can't wait to share all the good things that it has to offer. We care a great deal about our clients and for that reason, we also want to make you aware of one of the véry few downsides to Nosara: petty theft (they usually are out for your cash and your belongings as in any other tourism area). However, Casita SeaEsta is gated, maintaining motion detected cameras on the outer perimeter of the property and a safe inside the Casita for your belongings. However, the guest, and not the Homeowner or Property Manager, is ultimately responsible for securing and protecting their personal belongings and valuables left in and around the Property and should ensure all doors are locked and gate closed every time they leave the Property.
Internet and Electricity
In the jungle, the utility infrastructure is unpredictable. There may be power and/or internet outages and interruptions in service. The Guest should not leave electronics plugged in during rainstorms. There is no guarantee that the Internet will always work. We have an excellent mobile phone signal with Kolbi and data rates are very reasonable. If internet access is always crucial, we encourage you to bring an unlocked phone and get a Kolbi SIM card. Please note that neither the Homeowner or the Property Manager has any control over these situations and no refunds or discounts will be offered for outages or interruptions to these services. Of course, if there is any problem with the Property, please report it to the Property Manager immediately and they will do what they can to assist you.
Water
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs.
Jungle creatures
We make every effort to present a well-cleaned home for your arrival. However, it is a jungle out there and nature can move in at any time. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for the fumigation or removal of insects that may enter the Property during the Guest's stay. Even though the house is regularly fumigated on a maintenance schedule, expect to see ants, beetles, spiders, and other assorted insects year-round. Bugs are especially active during the rainy season, May through November. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and keep screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).
Refunds
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.
Insurance
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from travelling or fulfilling Rental terms.
