Apartments in Noyal-sur-Vilaine

"Up 4 Flights of Stairs (5th floor for us Americans) and no elevator. That was not in the description or we would have booked another place. We had luggage and were traveling with seniors. The host was not responsive. He provided an incorrect code for the door. Luckily someone in our party guessed the last digit was wrong or we might still be waiting to get in. Pros: Fast internet, close to the train station and a short walk to restaurants."

"Close to bus and train, this little studio was comfortable and quiet. I missed the personal touch of reception desk and common area, though this wouldn't bother most people. We were give a code for access which expired late morning on the day we left. All the facilities were modern and worked well. "

"While the apartment is in a perfect location, don't be fooled by the photos. During my first night there, the water "container" broke and the apartment flooded. Since I had only used the water to brush my teeth, I can only assume that the situation was precarious to begin with. This was confirmed on my walk to the new apartment when the manager mentioned that this had happened in several other of their apartments over the course of the year. "Bel appartement bien équipé et avec beaucoup de charme. Super contact avec la personne responsable, professionnelle et de bon conseil. Situé au cœur de la vieille ville, parfait accès à tout. Toutefois, la rue n'est pas autorisée à la circulation des voitures mais seulement aux bus. Il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant l'appartement. A éviter si vous êtes sensible au bruit car il y a un fort passage. Si le bruit ne vous gêne pas, alors n'hésitez pas, il est très beau et idéalement situé."

"We enjoyed our stay at this charming studio, but the check in process was a bit hectic as we were given the wrong codes to access the building and the wrong concierge phone number. However, once connected with the right person, she was very helpful and we were able to settle in with no problem. The pedestrian street can be noisy at night but otherwise it was perfect to enjoy the heart of the medieval downtown. No elevator made it a little hard with heavy suitcases."

"Nice aparthotel and very close to train station, it’s beautiful small property. But somehow they put us in the Room with no curtain on the glass door. Even the Room is in corner and the top level . Other than that , everything is ok . "
