"The room my husband and I had was nice, no view, but quiet and clean. My son had a room at front of hotel which was very noisy! Breakfast was outstanding every morning. My husband got stuck in the lift on Thursday night and when he finally got out and advised reception they advised him that it happened to a member of staff and perhaps they should call out an engineer. Also perhaps put an “out of order” sign up!!!!!!"
