Comfort meets convenience at this lovely Martha's Vineyard vacation rental, which features a shared outdoor pool, on-site Har-Tru clay tennis courts, and all of the home amenities your group could wish for. In addition, the beach is mere minutes away, making this vacation rental perfect for a family-friendly summer getaway.

This first-floor condo is part of the Island Inn community, which sits just outside the city of Oak Bluffs and about half a mile from the beach. Shopping and dining can be found in downtown Oak Bluffs, about one and a half miles away, and the Farm Neck Golf Club is about three miles away. If you need a break from the beach, rent bicycles from Island Inn staff and explore one of the nearby trails!

On the inside, this Island Inn vacation rental features classic New England decor, with nautical and beach-inspired accents. The cozy living area boasts a comfortable sofa, a flatscreen cable TV, and access to the private patio. You'll find everything you need to cook up a tasty meal in the compact yet well-appointed kitchen, including a full-size fridge, a microwave, and an electric range. The kitchenette includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. The primary bedroom features an en suite half bathroom. There's also a full-size bathroom off of the kitchen, and an additional sleeping area between the kitchen and the living room.

Other amenities include shared washers/dryers, a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

The fireplace is not operational.
One of the sleeping spaces is a semi-enclosed sleeping space, separated from the living room by a half-wall. It is not a full bedroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
