"Azucenas is a well-run 10-room hotel with superb staff for reception, breakfasts, cleaning and advising on place to eat, etc. It is conveniently located on the edge of the vibrant Oaxaca historic district, close to amazing restaurants but quieter than some of the places to stay. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the morning and early evening, looking out over the city. Hotel Mision De Los Angeles

3.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (1002)
"Reasonable place to stay, no issues, was comfortable. It’s maybe 10 mins walk from the corner of Oaxaca centro. The area is a lot quieter than centro itself, so late at night we felt slightly wary (we were two women) but the locals otherwise say it’s a safe area. It’s only 8 mins walk from ADO bus terminal which was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Safe worked well. Service was lovely. Hot water was hot. I would recommend this place overall but staying closer to centro might be more convenient "
