"This property was perfect for a weekend break! Had everything you would require and good links into the centre of Zürich "

"This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "

"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. "The customer service is exceptional. The apartment was lovely it’s a 2bd 2 bath with an elevator. It’s a very walkable area with shopping within walking distance . It’s a 15 min tram ride from Zurich HB. We took advantage of the Zurich card and it worked out for us we visited many museums for free and it covered all transportation within the zones specified on the card . "

"Absolutely loved Hotel Ruby Mimi Zurich. Just a couple minutes walk from the main train station. Staff was super helpful with any questions we had. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Loved the movie theater playing some loved films from the past. We would definitely stay here again."
