Belmont Towers 610 is a well-appointed property in one of OC's best spots - the Boardwalk. Located on the south side of the Belmont Towers building, this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo is decorated with cheerful island colors and lovely high-end furnishings and is just a short walk from the beach and all your favorite shops, restaurants, and activities. Guests enjoy many luxurious features, including a well-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, four TVs, DVD player, jetted tub in the main bathroom, washer/dryer, and more. All three bedrooms and living room have access to a large balcony facing the Inlet and Assateague Island in the distance. There are angled views of the ocean, Boardwalk, and Bay, as well.

Things to know:
In the event guest cancels their reservation Vacasa will return the unit to the rental market in an attempt to re-rent the unit. If Vacasa is able to re-rent the unit for the same amount or greater you will receive a refund less a $150 cancellation fee. If Vacasa is able to secure a reservation at a lesser rate you will be entitled to a refund less the $150 cancellation fee and the difference in reservation amounts. If we are unable to re-rent the unit you will forfeit the full rental amount.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
