The property is so comfortable and cozy, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location is great - a half block to the beach and less than a mile from everything we needed (fantastic restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc.). "Very close to the beach, very clean apartment and quiet neighborhood. The deck outside was like having another room with the extra seating, table and grill. A little hard with having small children being on the second floor but the owners on the first floor were very accommodating and made it well worth it. Owners responded quickly to any of our questions. If we would stay at Ortley Beach again we would definitely stay here. "
