The Space:

Keep in mind, this is a basement apartment on a shared property with the main house and a separate bungalow apartment. While you'll have your own private entry and space, please be aware that you ma hear footsteps from above.
The house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac and parking is in the cul-de-sac in front of the house where a walking path will take you down to the lower entrance.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to all the features in the listing as well as the shared back yard space with the fire pit, pond, and nature trial.
You will park in the cul-de-sac in front of the house, and then follow the walking path in between the main house and the neighboring house to the left.
A river rock walkway veers off the walking path and down to the patio where you'll find French double doors for entry into the unit. There you will find a smart lock for convenient self check-in.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood and the house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac so it's secluded from neighboring houses. Behind the house is a forest with a hiking trail past the back patio. Shopping and dining are close by!

This listing sits on a shared property with the owner-occupied main house and a separate above-garage bungalow apartment (that utilizes the driveway).
Parking is in the cul-de-sac in front of the home by the walkway to the back.
You may see others around the property but have your own private space in the basement apartment, separated from the main house and completely private inside. However, if you want complete privacy, please consider this before booking.
The owners have a friendly yellow lab that you may see in the backyard.
The unit is a basement apartment with the main house above. You will likely hear footsteps above, but don't worry - we aren't cloggers!
