The only thing that we would like to mention is that the shower in our room was a bit difficult to operate - in the sense that the water temperature was either too warm or too cold and also the shower head was not working without the main shower going off. "Super friendly and helpful staff, made us feel appreciated as guests. The staff prepared a welcome gift of cakes and macaroons upon arrival. The room was clean and we slept well. All the essentials were done well. Clean towels. Nice toiletries in the bathroom. Clean bedding. Reliable hot water. All the electrical plugs work. Housekeeping staff came the second day to tidy up the room. I especially loved riding their electric bicycles to visit the 2 adjacent towns, enjoying the lovely countryside...

"I selected this property for the main reason of its 24hour check in and requested specifically on my booking for a late check in. The hotel replied confirming this. When we arrived, the security gate was shut across the car park and we hadn't been given a code. When we rang the number from the booking a security guard from another hotel a 10 minute drive away answered but was unable to help us. After trying all options to get into the property we had to drive to this other hotel and pay again...

"This little hotel was a great surprise for a last minute stay. Was very clean and the bed I had was very good, room 15. The late night staff could have been a little nicer. Property description said they spoke English, that was not the case. Morning staff was little rude when I walked around the lobby, because my stay did not include the breakfast. However they did make up for it with an expression. Other than that I would recommend if you are staying in Chantilly. "
