"This property was so clean and neat. You can tell they are ready for harsh winters, as the room had heated bathroom floors, a towel warmer and a heat lamp! (Helped tremendously when we got caught in a storm). Arrived after close of reception and there was a note to call the duty manger but after repeated calls with no answer we resorted to banging on the door which finally roused someone.
