"The room refrigerator was not working on initial occupancy of the room. I contacted the front desk who sent up maintenance; he was very helpful and came immediately to turn "on" the refrigerator. After one hour that did not work and I returned to front desk and said the refrigerator was still not cold and maintenance brought us a replacement refrigerator. "

Before getting to even stay, I was sent messages from Jungle House claiming that we need to pay a security deposit, outside of what we already paid to hotels.com. This was a bit odd, but I clarified with them and paid the security deposit. I was told as long as there was no damage I would receive the full refund.
