"Just what we needed"

"The Rydges is a tidy and modern hotel with very comfortable rooms and good restaurants and bars onsite. Parking is a bit of a lottery and given that it's not as centrally located as other hotels, most guests would have cars (as I did). I was asked to prebook and pay for parking which I did - but this does not guarantee a place. Also there was no record of my prepaid parking when I checked in."
