"This is our second time staying at this property and again enjoyed our visit. The rooms are large and clean, close to the lake and Eat Street. Breakfast buffet is very good. Made good use of the pool area with its mineral spa pools. Nice modern hotel in a convenient location."

"The property was clean and quiet. There was no air conditioning in the room and the place is under renovation and you can see by some of the finishes it was done on the cheap but it also reflected on the cheap price to stay here so it was value for money, we were also upgraded for free, so we are more than happy with our stay. Thought there might have been netflix or sky tv to watch but there is none of these, We did enjoy our stay and the staff were super friendly and helpful and the place was super clean. I would stay again"

"Quiet and central location within walking distance to grocery stores and Polynesian spas. Staff is super friendly and the room comes with everything we need including a small kitchen, utensils, hot water boiling kettle and washing machines. The only improvements we would recommend is to add some paper towels and easy to use salt and pepper. "

"Let's be honest Rotorua stinks...a sulphur lake would do that, and you get used to it. The hotel is lovely. Most activities in town are for adrenaline junkies but I recommend the Polynesian spa and Te Pa Tu - you get to see kiwis! "
