It lacks good wall insulation. Unfortunately there was a loud customer for a few days next door and I had a few sleepless nights. However upon request the staff is quick to ask the customer to stay quiet. Cleaning crew wasn’t thorough with changing towels or cups and vacuuming floor, particularly around the new year holiday. In general it was a nice stay at a great location. I was wonderfully surprised with the VIP upgrade and vouchers.

Perfect location for being in the heart of the city and close to points of interest. Quick trip from the airport. Room and upgrade was great. However, I was told I could not use certain amenities (spa) etc because I arrived at 9pm even though checkout was not till late the next day. Because I wasn’t staying at the facility I couldn’t use their services. They have a strict policy on ordering outside food by uber etc. very limiting. Language barrier as well - no staff on duty to help or translate.

I had an awesome stay at this property! The location was perfect—everything I needed was within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond, consistently polite, kind, and attentive. Their professionalism and genuine warmth made my stay even more enjoyable, and they should absolutely be commended for their outstanding hospitality. One small note: I did notice that the onsite parking fee has increased, which was a bit surprising. While it didn’t detract from my overall experience, it’s something to be aware of for future visits. All in all, I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again!
