● Pet policy: only dogs are allowed on the property. Please notify us at the time of reservation and pay a pet fee of $55 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.
● Location: There are 2 units on this property. This unit is in the back.
● Parking: Please park on the left side of the driveway. The right side is designated for the other unit.
● Backyard: You can access the patio and backyard from the kitchen area
● Climate Control: The property features a central HVAC system managed by the owner, set at 70 degrees. For temperature adjustments, kindly reach out to us.
● Washer & Dryer for 30+ days booking only.
● Check in is 4pm and Check out is 11am.
● Noise Potential: Given that there are two units on this property, please be mindful of potential noise.


Winter notification:
Keep Doors Closed: During colder months, outdoor critters like cats and mice may try to enter if doors are left open. Please close all doors when not in use to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the house.
Hot Water Usage: The house is equipped with a hot water tank. To ensure everyone has enough hot water, we recommend rotating turns for showers and spacing them out to allow the tanks time to refill and reheat.
