The only thing they could’ve done a little bit easier to have a larger notice for people that have paid through third-party so we can simply drop off our keys for standing in line until you get all the way up to the desk and then seeing the express drop off box. "The one drawback to this hotel is the elevators. You have to get one elevator to get up to ground floor , then switch to another for reception and rooms. There was always a line and people crammed in to the best of their abilities. Breakfast was okay, again line for limited access to coffee. The staff was wonderful and the room was great. "
