"What a wonderful place, nice clean one bedroom apt. that the owners take great pride in! The local people all speak english, and are very friendly. The area is loaded with native Deer and Moose! Handi crafts and scenery to die for! Fresh fish at every eatery! The USD goes a long way here so enjoy!!"

"Water in the shower never got warm. Shower itself is grimy. Tiny beds with tiny thin blankets and one tiny pillow per bed. There never seemed to be anybody working there. Hotel is directly next to the highway so you never quite escape the noise. Generally miserable. There was no breakfast as advertised."

"Family (2 adults, 2 children) stayed in a Premium Room. Would recommend. Lots of space with 2 separate bedrooms (1 for adults, 1 with 2 singles for children) plus open area with Kitchenette / Lounge / Dining. Enough towels for us all - although no tea-towel and limited cutlery. Buffet breakfast was included and had enough options for us all. "Good place, friendly service, good buffet breakfast"

"This hotel is a complete gem. My wife has severe food allergies and the owners went out of their way to ensure breakfast and dinner were safe for her to eat. The chef, also an owner, consistently provided wonderful meals, including home made ice cream. The only downside, and it is not really a negative, is the hotel is 10 km from the nearest town. I would unequivocally recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Oland."

"We absolutely loved this place! The owners of the inn were super friendly. The room was wonderful; clean and comfortable. It was very quiet, so we slept really well. If we ever come back to Öland, we will definitely try to book here again! (P.S. They also have a sweet golden retriever - extra stars for that!)"
