Beautiful views of Harvey Beach, a comfortable outdoor area to relax and spend time with your family, two private beaches with a harbor that has panoramic views of Long Island Sound less than a 2-minute walk away!

Enjoy the small-town feel of a great community where you can walk bike, swim. Spectacular low tides await you!

This home is our happy place, and we look forward to sharing it with you!

Important - House is Fema Certified, so the living area is on the upper level. There is not ground-level living space, and there is an exterior staircase.

Very comfortable and great location! We did not use the loft room but still had generous space and furnishings. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Debbie was easy to communicate with and very flexible. Highly recommended!

Scenic, Convenient, Cozy
Cozy and very comfortable light-filled home with views of the sound, walking distance to a well-maintained beach with a playground, quiet and private neighborhood yet convenient to many good restaurants and shopping - a lovely property in a wonderful location. Amazing opportunity
First week was a dream. Second week I had an awful accident which landed me in the hospital. Both my legs needed surgery and I never saw the beautiful house again. My husband cleaned out the house where it remained empty. Debbie, our landlady was nothing short of amazing and incredible. She talked to us on the phone, sent flowers to the hospital, and offered a redo when I’m able to . She’s checked in with me several times.

Lovely house in peaceful neighborhood. Walk to beach or sit on the deck and look out at the Sound.
Clean, very well-equipped and wonderful location. Owner was very helpful and great to work with. Such a friendly neighborhood! Loved taking our little grandson for a golf cart ride to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Gateway!
This little beach house was the perfect getaway for our fall trip. The house is bright and cozy, with views of the water and really extra special outside areas to enjoy the fall weather. The furniture and beds are all so comfortable and the kitchen is so well stocked- we all felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

An amazing beach house on the ocean
This was an exceptional property right on the ocean. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with access to restaurants, grocery stores in the area. I was visiting with my daughter for half term break and the house was perfect, spacious with great views of the ocean. Equipped with all of the amenities and tastefully decorated, I would definitely stay here again. A five star rating.

This property is absolutely the most beautiful cottage by the sea , it exceeded all expectations, the views was just amazing , the atmosphere , neighborhood , it all was Spectacular! You had everything n more u needed in the kitchen , bathroom stocked , plenty of anything u might need. The king bed was very comfortable ! I hope to Get to come back Here in the future !

End of August Beach Vacation
We had an amazing experience! The house is well stocked and we hardly needed any of the basics. The golf cart was super fun and made going to the beach so easy. The house was perfect and the location is amazing. Two private beaches and a beautiful location. The owner is so easy going and flexible. Our week was the weekend with a hurricane (Henri) and she contacted us, made sure we didn’t come down before it was safe and worked with us on pricing for this once in a lifetime weather situation. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a coastal beach vacation.

the Property was very clean and well stocked with very nice quality kitchen items , towels , bedding . The beds were very comfortable . The Samsung TV was super ! The area is just lovely and the neighbors warm and friendly . Water views from the upper deck were stunning . The lower patio has comfy furniture and there was always a nice breeze there . Our dogs just loved it too . Highly recommended property . We hope to return next year . Just loved our week on Sea Lane . 💗

A good fit for beach, shopping and dining in Old Saybrook
We had a wonderful stay at “Saybrook Manor." The house is as advertised. All living space is one level up (garage underneath), affording water views through windows from inside and from the deck outside. There are 2 other outdoor spaces on ground level, affording comfortable shaded relaxation spaces. Inside, the main room is bright, open to a kitchen and island counter/dining space that works well. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds -- with space to put away suitcases. The bathroom has a good-sized vanity/sink and also a nice tub/shower. All very comfortable for our group of three. A very nice private beach is quite close, available for use by those staying at the house. Dining and shopping are very close, too, in Old Saybrook and Westbrook. Debbie was open and responsive to our questions prior to the visit and also to our needs while there. All in all, this was an excellent choice for us.
