"Really lovely place to stay. Central to all the sights to see in Ronda. Very nice lady greeted us at reception and showed us to our room. The staff had WhatsApped me a couple of days beforehand asking what time I’d arrive. Really useful to have the number as the reception isn’t manned 24 hours. Pity we couldn’t stay 2 nights as it was booked up when I realised we needed a second night. Pool looked good (although I didn’t swim). "We would definitely stay here again. We found most of the previous reviews were pretty accurate. If you have a small enough car, you can drive to apartment, but it is not for the faint of heart. Otherwise it’s a simple 5 min walk (or less). The pool and the views were amazing. We found the town to be very nice without a lot of visitor traffic but good food and a few small stores. Nice mirador worth the 20 min walk. We did it for sunrise. The care taker was VERY helpful and responsive. "

Absolutely beautiful house with so much character and obvious love put into the place - honestly felt like our home for that one week! The pictures don't do the house justice either, its a truly lovely place. Thanks so much for having us, we will definitely be coming back :)"

"La casa preciosa y limpia. José Miguel nos facilitó bastante información sobre la zona. A mejorar, la puerta de entrada, la del patio y la ventana de la escalera, pues entra mucho frío y no se mantiene el calor de la chimenea. También debería cambiar la grifería del lavabo. Por lo demás, pasamos un buen fin de semana a pesar del apagón general eléctrico que hubo en toda la zona el sábado por la noche,"

"We absolutely loved Francisco’s holiday villa, it was clean and very welcoming with a fantastic pool, my family and I enjoyed the pool immensely. The bedrooms were great with very comfortable and clean matresess and the bathrooms were well set out with an en suite next to the master bedroom. "This property is amazing. Every day we discovered new and interesting things just strolling around the grounds. It was comfortable and quiet and felt perfectly safe and secure. Even the neighbor donkeys only said hello the first night. "The house is quite dark, and everything is fairly basic. However, it is very affordable and sleeps a lot of people. We were staying in February when the house was cold and the pool far too cold! Lots of heaters provided throughout though and the pool is a great size/ would be fantastic in the summer. Property is about 5 minutes drive from Ronda with supermarkets even closer. Nice location for peace and quiet, long walks and accessible to good roads/ town. "

"We stayed in the Casita de madera for two months from January to March, i.e. during some of the coldest months of the year. The open fireplace contributes a lot to the cosiness factor but as a heating mechanism is not that efficient, so very glad there was also an electric radiator, which in the coldest weeks was struggling to keep us warm. But it is a very cozy house with everything you need, except an oven. It is dark, especially this time of the year, where the sun does not catch it at all...

"We were greeted with a friendly smile and plenty of answers to our questions about wheat was good to see nearby. The hotel had plenty of character, which reflected its Spanish style. The room was exceptional and the bed extremely comfortable. The position of the hotel was in teh old part of Ronda and within easy walking distance of the sights. I would recommend this hotel."
