"All the amenities listed on Hotels.com were nonexistent. It was advertised to have an indoor heated swimming pool and full hot breakfast. The hotel did have a swimming pool, but they did not have permits to let guests use the pool nor did they have permits to serve food so there was no food no coffee, not even an ice machine. No coffee pot in room in the room. They didn’t even have cups in the room to pour our own beverage that we had to bring ourselves. "
