When I arrived at the hotel, I was excited — it’s a very pleasant place. However, when I got to my room, I noticed that the bathroom was dirty. The sink was clogged and unclean, and the toilet was also not properly cleaned. Aside from that, the rest of the property was nice. The valet parking service was honestly my favorite part — the staff was always very polite and attentive, no matter the time. What I didn’t like was the housekeeping service. It was mediocre at best. I stayed for three nights and only requested housekeeping once, but they only stretched the bed sheets. They didn’t remove the dirty towels, take out the trash from the bins, or even pick up the trash on the floor. Overall, a nice hotel with great valet service, but the housekeeping needs serious improvement.

This was a little hit and miss. The room was pretty nice on the surface, though if you looked a little closer you would see the dirty floors and the shower door that didn't close properly and the taps that move all over the place and so on. It was surprisingly noisy as well, even when the pool music wasn't rattling the windows. I found that I was able to turn the HVAC fan on constant which provided some white noise, so that was helpful. Our room did have a nice view and was really close to the elevators. As for the rest of the place, the pools suck. Sorry but they're terrible. Both pools are ridiculously shallow and often overcrowded, and you can't even lounge next to them without paying (seriously, yeah the cabanas you've always expected to pay for, and they're overpriced of course, but even the chairs have to be rented). You can use the chairs in the area between the pools for free, so I guess that's something, but isn't sunbathing by the pool sort of a normal expectation? They don't let you bring food in either so you have to buy from their stupidly overpriced bar if you don't want to head out for snacks. Speaking of stupidly overpriced, that's probably my biggest beef about this place. The greed is over the top. I don't think we were able to eat a single meal for much less than $100 there, and $1 beers at the Stage Door are $10 on the Miracle Mile. You expect to pay a little more for the convenience but not THAT much more.

The walk from parking to room is ridiculous. Especially if you have large family. The rooms are just ok-even the refreshed room I paid for. I ave stayed here 2x and will never book again. Got charged resort fee but there is actually no pool. The toilet was leaking at base. Room service was ok. 2nd room I got for my daughter was not complete and had empty trash items at first walk in. NOT OK. I paid for early check in but clearly it wasnt ready. The lady at check in was great but our keys did not work. Had to go back down. All in all definitely NOT a great expereince (again) and I would not refer this hotel to anyone I know.

Rented a cabana on a weekday. Never got any service. Also, no water. Toys allowed for kids. Never checked on while in the cabana. Pretty much paid for a Tv.. staff was great . Pool was nice. Everything clean. Just lacked service.

We enjoyed it was right in the middle of everything. The staff was great at attending to our needs.
