Just beyond your sliding glass doors, at your Bluewater condo, that opens to your private balcony lies the beauty and magnificence of the sugar-white sands along the shore of the Gulf of Mexico. These warm waters and soft sandy beaches beckon you to indulge all of your senses as you take in the sights and sounds of Alabama's Gulf Coast. Bluewater is conveniently positioned in Orange Beach, Alabama near an abundance of local boutiques and shops, locally-owned fresh seafood restaurants and the largest charter boat fleet in the Southeast with over 100 saltwater and in-shore charter fishing choices. There are numerous Alabama Gulf State Park public beach access opportunities nearby. Boating and water-themed activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, dolphin cruises and parasailing are plentiful near your home-base at Bluewater. Land lovers will be delighted with the close proximity of the Hugh S. Branyon Back Country Trail, which provides hikers and bicyclists a series of seven trails among six ecosystems covering over 15 miles of natural wonder.
Bluewater is a fourteen-story building with six condos per floor featuring a large sun deck at the outdoor pool and children's pool. Another feature that is convenience is an area for grilling. An indoor hot tub is located adjacent to the indoor pool and there is a small fitness room onsite.
This medium-density building features spacious three-bedroom, two-bath condos with sleeping arrangements for eight to ten people depending on the bedding configurations for each privately-owner property. Each condo, from the ground-floor to the fourteenth floor, contains a living area and a master bedroom with access to the private balcony. Your visit will be enhanced by a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and two additional bedrooms. A washer and dryer is an added convenience.
THINGS TO KNOW
Bluewater will be undergoing construction from August 1, 2023, until around March 1, 2024. During this period, noise will be audible during work hours, which are Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Noise will include but not be limited to jackhammering, scraping, and power tools. Balconies may have limited access or be unavailable as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
