The fact that I came 1 hour early and I could check in without an issue was great. They provide you water for use at no cost. After check out they had a storage service available for my luggage. Great experience

I enjoyed my stay here. For what we paid for we got a very nice hotel, however it’s a little far from the centre so if the metro/overground isn’t working there’s not that many transport links which was quite difficult. We also didn’t have AC and when we opened the window it was quite loud (maybe a generator). Breakfast didn’t have many veggie options, just eggs, cheese and bread. It would’ve been great if we had more veggies, however the desserts and drinks section was great. The house keeping was amazing and the hotel was very clean and elegant. It would’ve been nice if we had amenities such as a kettle in the rooms but we did get an iron once we asked the front desk. Overall a nice experience.
