"This was such a great place to stay to get the ultimate experience of Auckland. Sky Tower was beautifully lit up every night and there is so much to see from the high level of this building… this property is very secure and the pool is a plus! … There are also so many places to explore within walking distance."

"Property was as advertised. Small by American standards but comfortable for 4 adults. The only issue we had was with the building air conditioning. With the western glass wall, it was uncomfortably warm in the afternoon and evening. There was a split duct air conditioner in one bedroom but the other had only a fan. The unit did not appear to have a separate thermostat for the unit. All in all, we would stay there again."

"The apartment on Hobson Street was perfect for our time spent in Auckland. We appreciated the very convenient location for walking to the Sky Tower and the harbor area. Uber pick-up for other activities was easy with the pull-in lane in front of the building. Apartment furnishings were very complete and comfortable, and the space was quite adequate for three adults. Our host was available for communication when needed. The only hiccup was finding the right lockbox to access keys upon arrival. ...

Plenty of dining options nearby, shopping, and acess to the water front. Great for singles or a couple to spread out in. Loved the shower and the plush towels. Five stars all the way."

Was a bit hard to find in the dark - and there was no available street parking so we could unload the car before taking it to a parking building, but we found the apartment visitor parking (the address on the driveway was different to the address of the apartment). The instructions to find the apartment were good, which was lucky as you couldn't see the apartment number in the dark. The managers send lots of good instructions of how to get...

"Comfortable place, well equipped with a fabulous view of the harbor from the 11th floor. Could have watched the boat traffic all day long. Convenient location, easy walk to groceries, restaurants and the Quay. The only thing that was new to us was we had to pick up and drop off the key at a convenience store about 1/4 mile away. We had an early departure and the store wasn’t open yet so we had to scramble for options. It all worked out."

"The apartment is spacious and well-appointed. All the furniture and beds were in very good shape. It is in a great location. The across the street parking deck made it very easy to park very close to the apartment. The only downside is that it is not very well soundproofed and can be a little noisy when the bars shut down late at night."

"As a senior couple, we tried to analyze many logistical aspects of a trip, and we felt Kerri’s place would fit. It did perfectly. Late international arrival, close to bus terminal for interim trips, luggage storage before cruise departure, check, check, check.
