"WOW WOW WOW What an Amazing Sevice, everything else is as a high end 5 star hotel should have, but we have never experienced the service we received at this hotel, honestly the service should get 10 stars - Rosy took so good care of us, absolute amazing. "Overral impression is okay. Service is a main point of concern. During the lunch time in the lobby area after having main courses and salads we were not allowed to share a single pot of tea for three of us. We have been forced to buy 3 pots of tea instead: one for each of us. In the meanwhile during all 5 breakfasts we had there, every time we asked for tea there was only one pot served as a default setting. No doubt we had more on request, but after a request only. "
