Paradise Palms Resort - A comfortable house with 5 bedroom and 5 bathrooms, the house also has high speed wi-fi.

The Space:
This stunning lodging features 5 lavish bedrooms, 5 pristine bathrooms, and lightning-fast Wi-Fi. Its prime location is nestled within the esteemed Paradise Palms Resort condominium.

The bedrooms include:
1. Master suite with a king-sized bed and a private bathroom
2. King-sized bed with a private bathroom
3. King-sized bed with a shared bathroom
4. 2 full-sized beds with a shared bathroom
5. 2 twin-sized beds with a shared bathroom

The townhouse also has an internal laundry facility.

Located just 9 minutes from Walmart, 15 minutes from Disney, 25 minutes from Premium Outlets, and 30 minutes from Universal, this property offers convenient access to many popular attractions.

Please note that pool heating is available for an additional fee. If you wish to add this service to your reservation, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

BOOKING YOUR STAY:
You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.


BEFORE CHECKING IN:
Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.


POOL AND SPA HEATER:
Please note: the SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool using the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both and there is an additional fee. The pool heater can take up to 24 HOURS to fully heat and will be turned on once the payment has processed, so please be sure to request the pool heater at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Guest must be 21 years or older to book
- Parties are not permitted
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- Pool and Spa heater is an additional fee and it must be requested
- The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries

We enjoyed our time at the property. It was a nice home and as expected from the online images. The only problems we encountered were from noisy, disrespectful neighbors who were blasting music and talking loudly until after 2 AM for multiple nights in a row. We also did not have our trash picked up per the schedule that was posted. Other then that, we were pleased with our stay there and enjoyed the property.

It's ok
Carpet is DISGUSTING, needs immediate replacement. Walls need fresh paint. Stairs / railing are especially worn and dirty. Not a welcoming feeling to have when you walk in the door and this is the first thing you see. Bath towels are cheap / thin /small / scratchy. Supplies were sparse (no extra toilet paper or trash bags, one roll of paper towel, one packet dishwasher soap, one packet laundry soap and a mini bottle of dish soap). We had to buy supplies. This property is interested in your money but not your accommodations. Good layout for large groups with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Nice kitchen. Gated community.

We were very pleased with the size of this house and the club house amenities. Just a few things need to be addressed in the house. The sliding glass blinds are not working at all and fall out. There was no hot water in the downstairs master bedroom sinks. The bar stools in the kitchen are very stained. That being said, we would stay there again.

It's was okay..
The space was as it was listed; however, it was not as clean as the pictures indicated. There was used silverware found in the couch cushions on the second floor, random socks that didn't belong to us, and then the walls,furniture and outside furniture was dated and broken. The outside chairs should be replaced and the furniture inside needs to be cleaned or replaced as well. The property was nice but needs an upgrade asap.

Loved the build of the house, doesn't look big from the outside but its very spacious!
