We had a great time at the house. The pool we had heated so that was nice. We played table tennis that was a lot of fun! The traffic is terrible going to & from the parks it didn’t seem to matter what time we left, so give yourself plenty of time.

Great option for a large group!

The property was large, clean, and perfect for our stay. The owner let us check in early, and since we stayed during Hurricane Helene they checked in and were very nice. It’s in a quiet gated community and not a bad drive to Disney World! Thanks again for helping us have a great week!

Great villa!

Easy check in/out, we were provided with the door and gate code the evening before. The host was always available for answering questions, just a quick message and an instant reply was received! We had an excellent time at this property it is close to all major attractions and the heated pool was excellent! It is fully equipped with everything you would want and need! The only thing missing for us was a waffle maker so we bought one in Walmart!!! We will definitely return!

Quick hurricane evacuation trip

We decided to evacuate from Hurricane Francine on a Tuesday morning. We found this house, and the host was so accommodating and helpful. We were allowed to check in early since we drove most of the night. Everything we asked about, the host responded to quickly. I would recommend staying here again.

Home away from home!

We travel to Orlando a few times a year and haven’t found a place we have been as happy with as this one! The property was VERY clean and easy to find! Not far from Disney world and all the places we go too. The pool was perfect for our kids they stayed out there most of the time. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. House was qwesome, very clean, pool water was warm and so relaxing. Host was very quick to respond , if not immediately at least in less than an hour. Very enjoyable stay. Neighborhood and surrounding area clean and quiet.

Great value near Disney

We arrived one day after Hurricane Milton, and the yard was a bit disshevled, everything was in tip-top shape. They even got someone out to clean the pool of all the leaves from the Hurricane. The nighborhood is quiet, fairly short trip to Disney. Accomodations are as described. Very minor complaint that the bedroom with the bunk beds does not have an accessible closet, and there is no pantry for food so you need to figure out a place to store food. All in all, wonderful place to stay. The owners were super responsive when I reached out.

We come every year for the cheerleading tournament, very safe, gated neighborhood, very responsive owner for any issues, and the only house in the last 6 years where the a/c was actually cold the entire stay!!!

Everything you need!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this well appointed house. It is close to everything, including the parks! Games and ping-pong table were a hit and helped to decompress after long days. The owner was great, very quick to respond as we needed a couple of extra things and was very accommodating to our needs/request. Thanks for a great place to land! We will definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Great stay on our vacay

Thank you so much, we enjoyed our stay at this awesome place. We appreciated the house being fully accommodated to our needs, my mom and cousin loved the kitchen's tools and all the little things that made it much easier since they cooked a lot. Kiddos loved the heated pool and the toys that came with it. We played a lot of ping pong that I want to get it myself for my house now. And such great location, close to everything around that we wanted to check. Overall 5 stars for all!!!
