Two days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
- Laundry: One laundry detergent.
- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
PARKING
1. For the single family homes: Vehicles must park in garage and driveways. If they park on the road, it can only be on the approved side.
2. Roads are owned by the county and the police do ticket if parked on the no parking zones or if blocking fire hydrants.
3. For Heritage Crossing – vehicles must park in a parking space in the community.
4. Parking is first come first served, there is no reserve parking.
5. Security will issue a pass to everyone at the main entrance.
CLUBHOUSE
6. Guests have access to the 7 resort pools
7. Guests don ́t have access to members area that includes: golf club, water park and tennis court.
8. There's a card to access the clubhouse and pools in an acrylic box next to the property main door. Please remember to return the card to the box after use. Failure to return the card will result in an additional charge of $50.
TRASH
9. For the Single Family Homes - The county picks up trash on Monday, Thursday and Saturday only. It must be bagged and fully fit inside the bin. If there is loose trash or not bagged, trash will not be picked up.
10. For Heritage - guests must take their trash to the community dumpster.
11. For both communities, trash must be properly bagged.
