When purchasing a stay at the grove resort I was not aware I had to pay 80$ at check in on top of The 400$ for the one night stay. My daughter left her iPhone in the room and it was never turned in & they said they didn’t find it . We were also expecting to get free breakfast because that’s what it said when we purchased the room & everything cost money. . Would be great if you just planned on staying at the hotel for the water park but not good if you plan on going out to universal or seaworld .

I bought from expedia.com thinking what i paid was it but when i went there they asked for more money at that point i came all way from airport area to this place driving 2 hour then i get to know i have to pay additional which wasn't mentioned there will be charge and safety deposit we had to pay . That was not a good experience. Plz mentioned that there will be extra fee so that people can bring money accordingly. Thank you over all the resort was nice clean and everything went good

I cannot recommend separate bedrooms for the adults & children to stay in - so much better than a hotel, plus a full kitchen and washer & dryer in the unit was great. Convenient on-site parking, water park, restaurants, and a shop, plus a great location to the parks, shopping, and restaurants in the area.
