It was not the hotel I have a problem with it was a person or people working with Expedia!!!Ive been dealing with Hurricaine Milton thats the reason weve had to stay in hotels but you guys booked me with a hotel that had no a/c no power because of the hurricain.I tried to get a refund to get another hotel but I was told if i wanted to do that I would have to pay a $80 cancelation fee right then in order to do so.I cant get tp my house .The road tomy house and driveway is under water no power,damage to my house no place to stay because you guys are charging me for something out of my power.I understand why you have a no refund policy but because of something like this where you can call the hotel to validate what i am saying and have compassion for people who are already struggling because of the hurricaine Milton this should of been handled another way instead of charging for the whole price of me not staying at a hotel that you guys should of been aware of.Because of this and not to mention i was hung up on 3 times but your "customer service"I will never reccomend your company
