"no problems but the manager was really kind friendly and apologetic but the room and the condition of the room and the hotel was not what one would expect for a hotel in a place like Switzerland let alone VEVey. it is tired, it needs painting and an overhaul and the room that I got was tiny, almost no light , dark. dingy and unappealing. I heard the rooms on the front of the house might be better but to be charging them rice for this room is daylight robbery "

"In overall, this is the Best Hotel during my 6 weeks European vacation. We reserved regular room with lake view and Hotel gave us free upgraded Deluxe Room. The fantastic view from balcony was speechless and caused us to come back to stay another night on the way back.
