"처음인 일본 여행의 첫 일본 호텔 뉴오타니 오사카 방이 그리 크지는 않았지만 깔끔하고 5성급 호텔로써 서비스 용품들은 부족하지 않았습니다. 조금 아쉬운 점이 있었다면 4박 하는 동안 청소를 한 번쯤은 해줄만도 한데 수건이나 물 비누 등 서비스 용품만 갈아주고 청소는 전혀 해 주지를 않더라고요. ^^;; 그 이외에는 모든 것이 다 만족합니다. "

The only thing is for the twin bedroom that I am staying, the space is bit cramp. "Not modern but very well maintained. Room was spacious and hotel itself was conveniently located by Osaka Castle and subway stations. Plenty of convenience stores and food options within walking distance. They do “eco-cleaning”, new towels and light cleaning everyday. However, does not include/come with any amenities other than the shampoo, body wash, conditioner and toothbrush. Not right in the hustle and bustle, ideal for those who don’t mind a short commute and want a quiet and restful stay....
