"Hotel is beautiful, service is A easy access to public transport and location was not hectic it was beautiful and peaceful. Our view was overlooking Osaka Castle and riverside with spectacular views. No free in-house laundry but we found a close 24hr one called (smile laundromat) both wash/dry machines while waiting we went to royal host restaurant across road for dinner. So it was a win. This part of Osaka is more a relaxing atmosphere, but easy access via transport to Dontonbori and Denden...

"We LOVED staying here. We were very pleasantly greeted by the front desk staff who explained everything we needed to know about the facilities. The area is quiet for the most part, though there is a fire station nearby, so be aware of that. It's fairly quiet though :) There is a Family Mart almost immediately to the left of the hotel, and plenty of subway entrances. A fantastic stay!"
